Everyone deserves to live in a healthy and safe environment. That environment includes where you live, work, play, and pray. We reject and actively push back against racist rhetoric, actions, policies and institutional oppression that leads to state-sanctioned brutality, gun violence, and harm that again and again assaults communities, particularly communities of color. We are committed to working for justice and equity, and are in solidarity with social, racial, and environmental justice organizations to build community, understanding and honest dialogue to address the root causes of violence, harm and hate.

More Ways to Take Action

Our Stories, Our Flow Workshops

Created by Shantrice King, WVE’s OSOF workshops are designed as an intentional, social, and supportive space for women, femmes, and people who have experience and/ or relationship with menstruation to hold real conversations their periods, health, and bodies. Learn more.

Submit a Public Comment to the FDA

We’ve filed a Petition urging the FDA to uphold its responsibility to keep intimate care products safe. Companies (like Summer’s Eve) are still adding toxic chemicals that should never be in products for vaginal use. It has to stop! We’re asking the FDA to create official guidelines for manufacturers to make intimate care products safer for everyone. Your voice matters—let’s make a change together!

Take Action On WVE’s Summer’s Deceive Campaign

we’re asking you to call on Summer’s Eve to remove boric acid from their daily use products! Take action by calling the Summer’s Eve Headquarters and/or emailing Prestige Consumer Healthcare, Inc CEO, Ron Lombardi. The time is now to hold intimate care manufacturers accountable for the health and well-being of consumers who use their products. Let’s fight for a toxic-free future together and ensure everyone has a chance at a healthy life.  Learn more.

#myperiodNOshame

Join in the conversation about menstrual equity. By creating dialogues about very real and normal things people go through, such as menstruating, we are effectively dismantling the stigma (de-stigmatizing) of menstruation. Learn more on our Menstrual Equity page.
