Party Drink Recipes

Enjoy one of these at your party with your guests!

Lemon Cucumber Hydrator: 4 servings

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
1-2 tablespoons Agave nectar
¼ tsp. sea salt
4 cups filtered water

Blend all in blender until smooth. Pour through a strainer and serve.

Raspberry Lavender Lemonade: 4 servings

2 T dried lavender flowers
2 C boiled water
2-3 T maple syrup
2-3 T agaves nectar or honey
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 pint raspberries
¾ C fresh lemon juice.
Pinch sea salt fresh mint for garnish

Steep lavender in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and mix in honey, agave and vanilla. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes. In blender blend raspberries, water, lemon juice and salt. Pour through mesh sieve, pressing down with a spoon to remove all liquid. Mix with cooled lavender water and add more agave if necessary.

Window Cleaner Martini

6 parts vodka
1 part blue curacao
1 dash Angostura bitters
Cocktail olive

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with olive.

Silver Mint Mojitos: 2 servings

1 ½ C. fresh mint leaves, washed.
1 ¼ Lime juice
6 T. Agave nectar to taste
1 ¼ C. Sake, chilled
2 ounces Tequila (try Silver Patron for best results)

8 Oz Sparkling water

Divide mint, lime juice, and agave evenly between two glasses. Mash with wooden spoon. Add remaining ingredients evenly.
